We are within easy reach of some amazing facilities, right on the seafront in Central Brighton, just a minute from the pier. On street & Multi-story parking is available nearby at reasonable prices with much of it free after 8pm.

Several parts of our venue are available for hire. The Basement club is the most regularly hired venue, Legends Bar and the terrace are sometimes available for partial hire. We can also provide table hire on certain days and we also have a 25 seated capacity small event room available. Please note: Food is buffet only for venue hire.

THE BASEMENT CLUB

Our subterranean night club is unique, sexy and gorgeous. Perfectly complementing its big sister Legends bar above.

Details: Nightclub style venue, no windows, own toilets and cloakroom.
Facilities: DJ Decks, PA System and stage area. 50" screen and secondary 32" screens.
Options: DJ, cabaret or a compere/host. Themed decorations.

Location: Main Building Basement - Self-contained
Hire Hours: Daily 12pm - 11pm (Usually 8-11pm)
Capacity: 250 standing/60 seated
Hire Type (usual): Birthday, Anniversary, Christmas Party, Wedding Party, Filming
Cost: From £150 includes two staff and cloakroom attendant - waiter optional at £40 (two hours) or £150 (two hours) with semi-naked butler.


LEGENDS BAR

Big wide windows with panoramic sea views open onto a large terrace at Brighton's biggest terrace bar. Terrace (usually part of) is available as part of this hire by negotiation.

Details: Bar/Coffee shop style venue, floor to ceiling windows with direct sea views, Shared toilets.
Facilities: Mobile PA system and stage area. 2 x 50" Screens.
Options: DJ, cabaret or a compere/host. Themed decorations. Sometimes Legends Bar can be hired with private terrace space.

Location: Main Building Ground Floor - Can be roped off but access needed
Hire Hours: Weekdays 12pm - 8pm (Usually 4 hours). Fully private hire usually not available
Capacity: 250 standing & some seated
Hire Type (usual): Corporate shows, Product promotion, Filming, Wedding Party
Cost: From £100 upwards - waiter optional at waiter optional at £40 (two hours).


VIP TABLE HIRE (LEGENDS bAR OR THE BASEMENT CLUB)

Either venue can accommodate table hire with or without waiter service. Table hire includes a standard bottle of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label NV (or similar).

Details: Hired in either venue, both venues have bars & toilets. Club has dancefloor
Options: We can provide decorations, drinks at bar cost. Shared toilets.

Location: Legends or The Basement Club (Friday/Saturday/Sunday)
Hire Hours: Bar 9pm-1am (Arrival by 11pm) - Club 11pm-2am (Arrival by Midnight)
Capacity: Tables seats 8 to 10
Hire Type: Small celebrations
Cost: £90 per table including champagne and nibbles. Waiter optional at £40 (two hours) or £150 (two hours) with semi-naked butler.

All hires require a deposit and payment in full 7 days before the night. In most cases deposit/payment is refundable 48 hours before the event (subject to any costs incurred). Please note: Whilst we are able to accommodate parties with children (under 18's) in The Basement Club, the majority of the party must be adults and children must be supervised at all times. We are unable to accommodate parties with under 18's in the Legends Bar after 7pm.
